If you weren’t happy with your photos, we’re really sorry they didn’t turn out how you hoped. Just fill out the form below and we’ll give it another shot. Once you've filled out the form, your son or daughter will be added to the retake list. Please ensure proper spelling and that you've selected the correct school. An email confirmation will be sent to you shortly after with retake day details.
